NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CSAH 19 IMPROVEMENT
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALBERTVILLE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Albertville City Council, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, February 5, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 5959 Main Avenue NE to consider the making of municipal improvements to County State-Aid Highway 19 from 57th Street NE to the southerly city limits, by construction of roadway improvements, storm sewer improvements, landscaping and lighting improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429,111. The areas proposed to be assessed for such improvement are those commercial type properties along the CSAH 19 corridor between 57th Street NE and the southerly city limits. The estimated cost of the improvement is $1,700,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
