NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that a public hearing will be held to consider amending Appendix A: Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 2300, Section 2. permitted location of Commercial and Private Kennels.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN: that the Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. or soon there after at Albertville City Hall, 5959 Main Avenue NE, for the purpose of holding a public hearing related to the following:

Text Amendment to Appendix A, Chapter 2300, Section 2 of the Albertville 2005 Municipal City Code dealing with Commercial and Private Kennels

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN: that any written or oral comments from citizens regarding the proposed applications will be heard at the public hearing.

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and will be afforded the opportunity to voice an opinion during the public hearing.
