Every Thursday will feature music from local artists from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. .
The Albertville Lions will host their 10th Annual Farmers Market. The market will open Thursday, June 14th. Throughout last season, over 30 different vendors offered their products for sale. The market features local growers from the Albertville and surrounding area. The market is a great opportunity for area residents to get fresh produce from local growers.
The market will run every Thursday from June 14th through September 27th. Hours will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Each Thursday the Lions will sponsor live music from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Music will feature local artists playing a wide array of music. The Lions along with local businesses will sponsor 6 concerts throughout the Summer in June, July, August. Concerts featuring regional Bands playing from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. These Concerts will be at no charge to the public. Bring your lawn chair and cooler and enjoy some great music. The Whitesidewalls will open the concert series on June 14th. The Shane Martin Band will perform on June 28th. In July, Devon Worley will perform on July 12th and Mitch Gordon and the Unleaded Band on July 26th. The Castaways will perform on August 9th and Rhino will perform on August 23rd. The Lions will offer limited concessions including brats, hotdogs, chips, and refreshments at the Farmers Market throughout the season.
